Uganda’s solar industry is set for a major boost as the African Management Institute (AMI) partners with the Uganda Solar Energy Association (USEA) under the Energy Access Talent Initiative (EATI) Programme, funded by UKAID. The collaboration aims to equip solar industry leaders and managers with essential skills to drive company growth and expand energy access across the country.

Alvin Katto, AMI Uganda’s Country Manager, emphasized the initiative’s impact, saying, “This partnership aligns with our goal of building leadership capacity in high-growth sectors like clean energy. Empowering managers with practical skills will not only expand energy access but also create lasting change in Uganda’s energy landscape.”
