Running from September 21-27, the camp aims to tackle the shortage of specialized healthcare services in Uganda’s Western Region by providing free surgeries and medical care.

The camp covers various specialties, including general surgery, orthopedics, ENT, ophthalmology (with 150 cataract surgeries), neurosurgery, and gynecology. Thirteen health facilities, such as Mitooma Hospital, Kitagata Hospital, Ishaka Adventist Hospital, and Mbarara Regional Referral Hospital, are participating.
